However, this does not mean that Yulee has the obligation to filter or review the content sent by developers, nor does it have any responsibility for review, audit, supervision, or other joint responsibility. Developers need to bear all responsibilities for sending such information themselves, with no relation to Yulee. If necessary, developers also need to bear related losses caused to Yulee.
5. You are not allowed to modify, re-create, decompile, or reverse-engineer the SDK of our services, or attempt to extract source code, or implement any suspected infringement of copyright behavior, unless we give you clear written approval.
6. You must comply with the following principles when using our services:

• Do not harm national security, disclose national secrets, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of the national social group and citizens, and do not create, copy, view, or spread the following information:
• Violate the basic principles determined by the constitution;
• Harm national security, disclose national secrets, overthrow the national government, and destroy the national unity;
• Harm national honor and interests;
• Stir up ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination, destroy ethnic unity;
• Harm national religious policies, promote cults and feudal superstitions;
• Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and destroy social stability;
• Spread obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, terrorist or inciting criminal behavior;
• Insult or slander others, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
• Stir up illegal assemblies, associations, marches, demonstrations, and gatherings to disrupt social order;
• Act under the name of illegal grassroots organizations;
• Contain other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
• Do not use any improper means to harm the interests and reputation of STARLIGHT TECH PTE. LTD. and other users.

If you violate the above provisions, we have the right to terminate our services to you and cooperate with relevant internet administrative authorities to pursue and handle.

7. Any other software derived from Yulee that is not officially released by us or authorized by us is illegal. Downloading, installing, using such software, and related risks may be unknown. We do not recommend you to download, install, or use it lightly. Therefore, you shall bear all legal responsibilities and disputes arising from it.

Confidential information refers to all technical and non-technical information disclosed by one party to the other party (including but not limited to product information, product plan, price, financial and marketing plan, business strategy, customer information, customer data, research and development, software and hardware, API application data interface, technical description, design, special formula, special algorithm, etc.).
2. Each party agrees to keep the confidential information obtained from the other party confidential and strictly restrict the employees who come into contact with the confidential information to comply with the confidentiality obligation. Unless required by law or the confidential information has entered the public domain, the party receiving confidential information shall not disclose it to others.
3. Each party explicitly recognizes that their user information and business data are their important assets and key confidential information. Each party agrees to do their utmost to protect the above confidential information from disclosure. Once a confidential information leakage event is found, both parties shall cooperate to take all reasonable measures to avoid or mitigate the consequences.
4. This clause shall not be invalidated due to the termination of this agreement.

In order to provide you with better services, when you register or use Yulee, the server will automatically record some information, including URL, IP address, browser type and language used, and access date and time. Except for obtaining your authorization or with the consent of relevant government departments according to the law, we will not disclose any of your information.
2. Yulee may automatically collect and store your software information, hardware information, information you upload to our website server, and your usage preference information. These information include but are not limited to your phone IMEI number, username, operating system information, your IP address, Cookie information, GPS location service usage, and the information you access on the page, but do not include any data related to your business.
3. STARLIGHT TECH PTE. LTD. may share certain personal information with partners who provide products or services for US Cleaning Professionals Inc or help STARLIGHT TECH PTE. All copyrights and intellectual property rights of Yulee, as well as all information content related to Yulee, including but not limited to copyright, pictures, archives, information, data, architecture, page design, etc., are owned by US Cleaning Professionals Inc.
2. Unless Yulee or third parties explicitly agree, you have no right to copy, spread, transfer, license, or provide others with the above resources, otherwise you must bear corresponding responsibilities.

2. Any personal information leakage caused by your improper use;
3. Any service interruption or unavailability due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion, illegal content information, harassment information blocking, government control, and other network, technology, communication line, information security management measures;

1. If any provision or all provisions of this service agreement are invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
2. The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of this service agreement shall be governed by the US Constitution and state law. If there is any dispute or dispute between you and US Cleaning Professionals Inc, it shall be resolved through friendly consultation first. If consultation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the federal court with jurisdiction in the location where the dispute occurs for litigation.
